I think you can also now ride to the Bear Creek Riding park from there.
There is also a Forestry camp site on the lake.

Another resort that is ATV friendly is, Hatheume Lake Resort. I am sure over the years, I have spent over 200 nights there. A great location, being half way between Merritt and West Bank. There are a variety of cabins for rent, great fishing and you can ride thousands of KM's of FSR and Trails. I found an old abandoned (probably since the early 1900's) Miners cabin tucked away, with the very old antique pots and pans still hanging on the wall.Hatheume Lake Resort

Re: Hatheume Lake Resort
I was there about 10 years ago fishing. So when are we going ? It would be great !
Re: Hatheume Lake Resort
As you know, it is a high elevation lake and the snow takes forever to disappear. June and beyond is best. One of my employees caught a 12 pound fighter out of there. I must have landed more than 50 trout over 5lbs. There are a ton of lakes in the area to try.
Re: Hatheume Lake Resort
I know fishing is great. I agree later is better as I remeber fishing there around end of May where you ran from boat to camper as mosquitoes were so thick.
