ATV Oil Filter Wrench

Post by Shawn B » Mon Mar 11, 2013 1:16 am

Here's another question to through out there.....

Where did you go to purchase an oil filter wrench for these itty bitty oil filters that are used on the atvs?
Ive been to Princess Auto, but they do not have one small enough - nor suitable for tight spaces.
I tried the "end cap" style, but that caused a jump in my blood pressure! :D

Try a strap type of filter wrench...just need a 1/2" ratchet to go with it. Pretty much any automotive supply store (UAS or Lordco) or KMS tools would likely carry them. I've had one for years and it fits all filters.... And I've used it on all my quads.
