From Tyax Lake, you can ride all the way to the Gang Ranch on the Fraser River. As you know, it is a high elevation lake and the snow takes forever to disappear. June and beyond is best. One of my employees caught a 12 pound fighter out of there. I must have landed more than 50 trout over 5lbs. There are a ton of lakes in the area to try.
