Any idea how much torque is needed for lug nuts with an aluminum rim?

Most are around 70 to 75 ftlbs. I would say if you do them to 70 ftlbs you will be good . For steel rims 50 to 55 ftlbs. Hope this helps.

To much to list but here goes.
1. Send Shock to GT Thunder for repair and customization - Done and installed
2. Setup and install Snow Plow on Utility quad - done and installed, for what? No snow
3. Repair and upgrade muffler on utility quad - in progress
4. re-tap oil drain plug on sport quad - have all parts, on todo list
5. Replace Brake Disk and protective cover - Done
6. Replace rear brake cable - in progress
7. Change rear diff fluid on all utility quads - on to do list.
8. Charge up all batteries. - in progress
9. Change oil/filter on all quads - good greif...
10. replace grips on Utility - on todo list.
11. Go rob a bank to get the rest of the list done!
